Keeping the Timber Ridge Community Safe and Well-Maintained
The Timber Ridge Home Owners Association aims to keep the community safe and well-maintained for all of our residents. Since 1998, we have been responsibly overseeing the common assets of our neighborhood and enforcing and setting rules to protect property value. Our goal is to ensure that our community is a pleasant place to live in.
Our Community
The Timber Ridge community is located in the city of Englewood, OH. Our neighborhood consists of 119 single-family homes and is located minutes from the Kleptz YMCA, various shopping areas, Northmont High School, as well as other middle and high school institutions.
Aside from being strategically located near schools and shopping districts, our community allows you to enjoy the beauty of nature through the several bike trails that are readily accessible in the area. You will also find a stocked pond for fishing as well as picnic areas.
