2023 HOA Fees/Budget Information
| This is your notice for 2023 HOA fees. The HOA fee for 2023 is $99; due February 15, 2023. |
| Fees not received by this date will incur a 10 percent late charge. NOTE: If you cannot make the full payment by 2/15/23, please contact one of your board members to schedule a payment plan. |
Getting to know our neighbors
The Timber Ridge Homeowners Association would like to host some events to help us get to know our neighbors. We are looking for ideas and neighbors who are willing to be on committees. Some ideas include: welcome committee, house of month committee, and block party/holiday event committee. If you’re interested in participating, please call or email Pam Pennix.
City of Englewood reminders
Englewood Income Tax
All residents of the City of Englewood over the age of 18 are required to file an annual city tax return. For more info contact the city’s tax department at 937- 836-5106, option 4.
Snow Removal Please remove your cars from the streets when there are 3 or more inches of snow to allow the city to clear them.
Pre-sale Inspection Application
Prior to the transfer of ownership, Englewood zoning regulations require a pre-sale inspection by the City of Englewood of the exterior of any property to be sold. Please see city website for more information.
